Hollow out the inside of the baked sweet potato, put it in a ziplock bag and rub it into a paste.
Add sugar to the bag and mix.

Add the milk while checking the consistency and mix.
Push the dough to the edge, cut the tip of the bag, and squeeze it onto the aluminum foil.
Add mirin to the egg mixture and spread it on the dough. -

・Change the amount of sugar depending on the sweetness of the sweet potato. Sweet baked sweet potato can be without sugar.

・Since the sweet potato paste is not filtered, it is easy to make.
・If you don't use the purchased sweet potato, add 30-40g of sugar for sweetness.

・Change the amount of milk depending on the hardness of the dough. Make it firm enough to form a shape when you pick it up. Harder is easier to make.
・It is easier to wring out if you pull the dough toward the edge and twist the top.
・Cut the opening of the bag thicker.
・It's easier to shape the dough by squeezing it into a circle, stopping it, and stretching it horizontally.
・Wet your fingers with water and lightly tap the squeezed out sweet potato to shape it.
・If you add mirin to the egg mixture on top, it will get a beautiful brown color.
・When the surface is dry, apply the egg mixture again to get a nice brown color.
