Wash with running water, put in a colander and drain.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. -

Pour sesame oil into a frying pan, put the pork ribs in a row, and heat over high heat.
Add the bean sprouts in about 3 batches while stir-frying the pork belly so that it has brown marks.
Place the bean sprouts and pork in a donut shape and add the sauce from 2 to the center.
Add pepper and stir fry the whole to complete.
Point
・It is good to use bean sprouts that are as fresh as possible.
・If you have time, remove the roots of the bean sprouts for a better texture.
・By heating while adding the bean sprouts in several batches, the water will evaporate more easily and the texture of the bean sprouts will improve.
・If you like, you can add garlic when heating.
