Ingredients

  • sweet potato : 1 (300-350g)
  • 薄力粉 : 大さじ1と1/2
  • 片栗粉 : 大さじ1
  • サラダ油 : 適量

  • (A) Mirin : 大さじ1
  • (A) water : 小さじ2
  • (A) Ajinomoto : 2振り
  • (A) Soy sauce : 小さじ1/2
  • 黒ごま : 3 knobs
  • 味塩 : 適量

Procedure
