- pork belly : 150g

- (A) Liquor : 大さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Ajinomoto : 5ふり
- こしょう(黒) : 適量
- 一味唐辛子 : 適量
- ごま油 : 小さじ1

Wash and drain the vegetables.
If the meat is large, cut it with kitchen scissors. -

Heat skillet over medium heat.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the pork belly.
When the meat goes through the fire, add the vegetables.
Add (A) and stir-fry.
Sprinkle with pepper.
Finally add sesame oil and mix. -
