Ingredients
- Yakisoba (noodles) : 1 bag
- カット野菜 : 200g
- 豚肉 : 150g
- 紅ショウガ : 適量
- 油 : 大さじ1
- (A)酒 : 大さじ1
- (A)創味シャンタン : 小さじ1
- (A)しょうゆ : 小さじ1
- (A)カレー粉 : 小さじ1と1/2
- Chuno Sauce : 大さじ1と1/2

If the pork is large, use kitchen scissors to cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pork.
When the pork is cooked through, add cut vegetables and noodles and stir-fry.
When the noodles are loosened, add (A) and fry while mixing the whole.
Add the medium thick sauce and mix it all together. -

Serve 2 on a plate and complete with red pickled ginger.
Point
・The cut vegetables can be substituted with your favorite vegetables.
・Using minced meat saves you the trouble of cutting it with a knife.
・After adding the noodles in step 2, put the noodles under the ingredients and turn on the heat to make the noodles easier to loosen and the noodles to be browned to create a fragrant finish.
