Put (A) in a heat-resistant container and heat in the microwave for 1 minute.

・If you don't have a rolling pin when pounding the yam, you can use a core of plastic wrap instead.
・If the yam is too big to handle, cut it and put it in the bag. To create an escape route for the air, hold the bag lightly without gripping it.
・The wattage of the microwave oven is 500W to 600W. The bottom of the vessel should be hot.
