フライパンに移して弱めの中火にかけ、ゴムベラで混ぜながら加熱する。
沸々したら弱火にして、更に混ぜながら加熱する。 -

ゴムヘラで混ぜる際に、跡が残る程度に煮詰まったら1を加えてよく混ぜる。
全体に絡んだら火を止め、冷めたら完成。
Point
