Ingredients
- seafood mix (thawed) : 200g
- 玉ねぎ : 70g
- にんにく : 1片分
- ツナ缶 : 1缶
- 生クリーム : 200cc
- 牛乳 : 50cc
- 薄力粉 : 大さじ1
- バター : 10g
- 塩 : 小さじ1
- 黒こしょう : 適量
- 温かいご飯 : 300g
- ピザ用チーズ : 40g

Point
・Prevent the seafood from being overcooked by putting the rehydration soup and the ingredients separately.
・If fresh cream is included, it will easily boil over, so be careful with the heat.
・When you can see the bottom of the frying pan for a moment after mixing, add the tuna.
・After adding the seafood mix, lightly cook.
・By using the rehydration soup of the seafood mix, it becomes delicious with umami and saltiness.
