Cut the sweet potato into 1cm squares.

Cook normally in a rice cooker.

・Cooking time is not included in the required time.
・You can use any kind of sweet potato that you like.
・If you don't have unsalted butter, you can substitute 2 tablespoons of salad oil.
・It is a good idea to apply salad oil to the inside of the rice cooker beforehand.
・Sweet potatoes can be soaked in water for about 5 minutes after cutting to remove harshness and prevent discoloration.
・After heating, if the dough sticks to the bamboo skewer, cook it with residual heat or cook the rice again.
・Finally, sprinkle powdered sugar to match.
