  • ライスベリー : 大さじ1
  • (A)塩 : 小さじ1/2
  • (A)水 : 130~150㏄
  • 鶏むね肉 : 300g
  • トマト : 1個

  • 生姜 : スライス2枚
  • ginger (for sauce) : 10g
  • green onion : 8本
  • (B)白だし : 小さじ1
  • (B)タバスコ : 少々

Procedure

  1. 1) お米を炊く 02:17

    お米を研ぐ。
    研いだお米をザルにあげ、30分程給水させる。

  2. 2) 材料を切る 03:26

    生姜を輪切りにする。
    トマトはヘタをくり抜く。
    鶏むね肉は脂肪分を取り除く。

  3. 3) 材料を炊飯器に入れる 04:51

    炊飯器に1、ライスベリー、切った生姜、(A)を入れて軽く混ぜる。
    さらに鶏むね肉、トマト、レモングラスを入れて炊飯器で炊く。

  4. 4) タレを作る 06:45

    Peel off the ginger (for the sauce) and chop finely.
    Cut the green onion into small pieces.
    Put the chopped ginger and small green onion in a bowl, add (B) and mix.

  5. 5) 盛り付ける 10:44

    炊けたらレモングラス、鶏むね肉を取り出す。
    トマトの皮を取り除き、炊飯器の中身をよく混ぜる。
    鶏むね肉を1.5㎝幅に切る。
    ご飯と鶏むね肉を盛り付けて、4をかけて完成。
