- 絹豆腐 : 100g
- (A) Katakuriko : 大さじ2
- (A) Chicken stock base : 小さじ1
- (A) Noodle soup : 小さじ1/2
- ごま油 : 大さじ2
- めんつゆ(つけだれ用) : moderate amount
