- egg yolk : Three
- (A) fresh cream : 100ml
- (A) Milk : 100ml
- (A) Granulated sugar : 40g
- バニラオイル : 少々
- 冷凍パイシート : 1枚
- 水 : 適量

Prepare frozen pie sheets

Cut the frozen pastry sheet in half.
Apply water and roll from the end.
Wrap in a parchment paper and chill in the freezer for 1 hour. -

Roll out with a rolling pin and fit into a mold.
Place in freezer until just before baking. -

Put (A) in a bowl and mix.
Cover with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Mix to dissolve the granulated sugar.
Add vanilla oil and mix.
Add about 1/3 of the pudding solution to the egg yolk and mix, then add the rest and mix.
Strain into a container.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for half a day. -
