- sweet potato : 1 medium (about 300g)
- (A) Egg : 1個
- (A) sugar : 大さじ3
- (A) rice oil : 大さじ2
- (A) Milk : 120ml

Cut off both ends and cut into round slices about 2cm wide.
Cut into even more squares.
Place in a heatproof bowl and add water.
Cover with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave at 600W for about 4 minutes.
Remove the plastic wrap and insert a bamboo skewer to check the doneness.
Cool for about 10-15 minutes. -
