Point
・The time required for soaking the sweet potatoes in salt water is not included.
・Use sweet potatoes that are small enough to fit in the rice cooker.
・If you measure the amount of water in step 1 in advance, it will be easier to calculate the amount of salt.
・After cooking the rice normally, insert a bamboo skewer into the sweet potato to make sure it passes through without resistance. If it is still hard, it is good to heat it additionally by cooking rice in fast cooking mode.
