- (A) Granulated sugar : 10g
- (A) Salt : 4g
- (A) Dry yeast : 3g
- (A)水 : 140g

Add (A) to a bowl and mix with a rubber spatula.
Remove to a counter and knead with your hands.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
Roll it up and pinch the bottom of the dough.
Cover with a damp cloth and leave for 15 minutes. -
