Heat the oil (C) in a frying pan, add the pork belly, garlic, and ginger, and fry over high heat.
When the garlic and ginger are fragrant, add the onion and then the cabbage and stir-fry.
Add the drained wood ears and stir-fry.
When 80% of the whole is cooked, add the sauce and black pepper from 3 and stir-fry.
When the sauce is entwined with the whole, add the eggs from step 4 back in and mix quickly.
Add katakuriko dissolved in water, mix it all together, and sprinkle sesame oil to complete.

・If you don't have minced garlic and ginger, cut them together in step 2.
・If the ears are large, soak them in water and cut them into easy-to-eat pieces.
・Mix katakuriko dissolved in water at a ratio of 1:2 with water.
