海苔を線に沿って3等分する。
海苔を2枚持ち、弱火～中火で炙る。
梅干しは、種を取っておく。 -

Lightly roll the rice into a ball and make a hollow in the middle.
Place the umeboshi in the hollow and cover with the remaining rice.
