Wash the cucumber with water (not included in the recipe).
Drain the cucumber and wrap it in plastic wrap.
Store in the freezer.
Thaw in water (not included in the recipe) for 30 seconds.
Chop the cucumber into small pieces.
Add cucumber and salt to a bowl and rub together.
Squeeze the water out of the cucumbers. -
