  • 冷凍うどん : 2玉
  • (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ4
  • (A) Mirin : 大さじ3
  • (A) Liquor : 大さじ2
  • (A) sugar : 大さじ1/2
  • (A) dashi soup : 50ml
  • だし汁 : 400ml
  • 生姜のすりおろし : 適量
  • 青ネギ : 2〜3本
  • 七味唐辛子 : 適量

Point
