Ingredients

  • Sugar (for adding to fresh cream) : 1 tablespoon
  • Drained yogurt : 200g
  • Strawberry jam : 3 tbsp
  • Sugar (for adding to yogurt) : 60g
  • milk : 60cc
  • lemon juice : 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
  • Lemon peel : 60g
  • Vanilla extract : Appropriate amount
  • Favorite berries : 130g
  • Commercially available sponge : 2 sheets
