Peel the radish and cut into strips.
Cut the mochi vertically into 3 equal parts. -

Pour sesame oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
Add the garlic, and when it becomes fragrant, add the daikon radish.
When the daikon radish is cooked, add a little water (not listed) and add the mochi.
Cover and heat until the mochi is soft.
Add (A), increase the heat to heat, stir-fry everything together, and boil down the sauce to complete.
Point
・ Garlic can be omitted.
・When cutting daikon radish into strips, it should be 2 mm thick and 1 cm wide.
・If it is difficult to divide the mochi vertically into 3 equal parts, you can divide it into 2 equal parts (you can also use commercially available thinly sliced mochi).
