- 水 : 2合目盛り分
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ2
- (A) Sugar : 小さじ2
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ2
Rinse rice and soak in water for 15 minutes.
Chop the carrot into large pieces.
Cut the lotus root into thin slices.
Cut the burdock root vertically into 6 equal parts, then slice thinly.
Cut the fried tofu into thin slices.
Cut the chicken thigh into strips and then finely chop.
Drain the rice and put it in the rice cooker.
Add water to the rice cooker's 2 cup mark, and add the ingredients from step 1.
Add (A), mix the whole, and cook rice in takikomi mode.
When the rice is cooked, mix everything together and put it in a bowl to complete.
・When washing rice, the first water is easy to absorb water, so if you wash it with a colander or throw it away immediately, you can cook it deliciously.
・You can shorten the time by cutting the ingredients while the rice is soaked.
・After completion, it can be cooled and stored in a Tupperware container in the refrigerator or freezer. It's convenient to make rice balls and freeze them.
