Ingredients

  • minced meat : 500g
  • 玉ねぎ : 1個
  • にんじん : 1/2本

  • パルミジャーノ(ボロネーゼ用) : ひとつかみ
  • パルミジャーノ(仕上げ用) : 適量

Procedure

Point
