After graduating from Hattori Nutrition College, he got a job at a hotel restaurant in Tokyo.
After that, he went to France and trained at a Michelin one-star restaurant in Paris. After returning to Japan, he devoted himself to training at a Michelin two-star restaurant in Tokyo, and was responsible for opening a new restaurant as an assistant chef in Japan as the restaurant he trained in Paris expanded into Japan.
Four months later, it was awarded two stars in the Michelin Guide. After that, when the group's sister restaurant opened, he became the head chef.
In addition, he is entrusted with the kitchen command of all stores as the general chef of the group that develops multiple stores throughout Japan.
After retiring in March 2021, he will distribute cooking videos mainly on Youtube.
Since November 2022, he has been working as a chef at the Shirokanedai restaurant "CIRPAS".
