Ingredients
- chocolate : 200g
- 生クリーム : 200ml
- 卵黄 : 2個
- グラニュー糖 : 40g

Put chocolate and cream in a bowl.
Heat in the microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Mix with a whisk to dissolve.
Separate the eggs into yolks and whites.
Put the egg yolk in a bowl and mix. -

Put egg whites, granulated sugar and cornstarch in another bowl.
Whip with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. -

Point
