- 長ネギ : 1本
- Salt and pepper (for chicken thighs) : 適量
- 小麦粉 : 適量
- (A) Butter : 10g
- (A) Ponzu sauce : 適量
- 塩胡椒(長ネギ用) : 適量

Prepare chicken thighs

Dust with flour. -

Point
