Procedure

    鷹の爪を半分に折って細かく千切り種ごと加える。
    弱火で加熱する。
    にんにくが薄く色づいたらトマト缶を入れ、水分が飛ぶまで弱火で加熱する。

  3. 3) パスタを茹でる 05:35

    鍋に水を入れ、強火~中火で加熱する。
    沸騰したら塩を加え、パスタを表示時間より30秒短く茹でる。

  4. 4) 仕上げる 06:02

    2の中に3のパスタと茹で汁大さじ3を加え、極弱火で加熱し軽く混ぜ合わせる。
    エクストラバージンオリーブオイルを加えて軽く和えたら完成。

Point
