Ingredients
- unsweetened yogurt : 200g
- (A) fresh cream : 100ml
- (A) Granulated sugar : 40g

Add 1 tablespoon of hot water to each and mix. -

Divide the dough into thirds.
Add 1 teaspoon from one dough to the other two doughs. -

・When replacing yogurt with drained yogurt, use 200g of drained yogurt.
・Fresh cream uses 35% milk fat.
・When dissolving the powdered gelatin, mix until it becomes transparent.
・When mixing the yogurt dough, use a hand mixer at a low speed to create a fine foam.
・Pour the mousse into the mold when the surface of the lower layer of mousse has hardened.
