Mix yogurt well until smooth.

耐熱ボウルにチョコレートを細かく割り入れる。
500Wの電子レンジで2分加熱する。
溶け残りがなくなるまで、よく混ぜる。

2に1を加え、ムラがなくなるまでゆっくり混ぜる。

Wash the yogurt pack and wipe off the moisture well.
Pour 3 into the yogurt pack and smooth the surface.
Raise it up a little and drop it down several times to remove the air.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Peel off the sides, turn it over and put it on a plate to complete.
