- 塩 : ひとつまみ
- めんつゆ : 適量

下ごしらえをする

ピーマンを洗って2～3か所包丁で切り込みを入れる。
ポリ袋に入れてごま油を加え、袋の上から揉み込んで馴染ませる。
塩を加えて揉み込む。 -

焼く

フライパンを中火～強火で温める。
サラダ油を薄く引いて、1を入れる。
焼ける音がしてきたら弱めの中火にしてフタをし、3～4分焼く。
裏返してフタをして3～4分焼く。 -

浸す

保存容器に2を入れて、めんつゆをかける。
鰹節を上に乗せて浸して完成。
Point
-A dish in which you can eat the entire bell pepper, including the skin, pulp and seeds.
・You can also make it in the same way using Shishito peppers.
- The baking time will depend on the type of pepper, but if you like them softer you can bake them for longer, and if you like them firmer you can bake them for less time.
- Just sprinkle salt on the grilled peppers before dipping them in the noodle soup and they're delicious.
・Delicious whether served warm or cold.
