Ingredients
- スペアリブ : 800~900g
- 塩 : 適量
- white pepper : 適量
- 小麦粉 : 大さじ2
- Garlic (chopped) : 1片
- onion (thinly sliced) : 1個
- Carrot (chopped) : 1本
- Celery (sliced in half) : 1/2本
- (A) Beer : 1缶
- (A) Honey : 大さじ1.5
- (A) Laurier : 1枚
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- ディジョンマスタード : 大さじ1
- rice oil : 小さじ2

Procedure

Prepare the spareribs

Sprinkle spareribs with salt and white pepper.
Put flour in a vat and sprinkle the spare ribs all over. -

Put rice oil in a frying pan and heat it over high heat.
Add 1 and bake with the fat side down.
When it is browned, flip it over and bake.
When it is well browned, take it out. -

stir fry vegetables

Add the carrots to the frying pan from step 2 and fry over high heat.
Add celery and onions and sauté.
Add garlic and fry until browned all over. -

Add 2 and (A) to 3 and bring to a boil while stirring.
Cover and simmer over medium heat for 1 hour.
Add the Dijon mustard and turn off the heat.
Mix together and serve on a plate to complete.
Point
・Grained mustard or mustard can be substituted for Dijon mustard.
・Use large onions. Cut into thin slices of 2-3 cm.
・After adding the rice oil in step 2, heat the frying pan well.
・The spare ribs should be well browned. Bake on both sides for 10-12 minutes. Do not move until browned.
・Stir-fry hard vegetables first.
・If the scum comes out of the boil in step 4, remove it.
