Ingredients

  • Celery (sliced in half) : 1/2本
  • (A) Beer : 1缶
  • (A) Honey : 大さじ1.5
  • (A) Laurier : 1枚
  • (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
  • ディジョンマスタード : 大さじ1
  • rice oil : 小さじ2

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the spareribs 01:20

    Sprinkle spareribs with salt and white pepper.
    Put flour in a vat and sprinkle the spare ribs all over.

    Put rice oil in a frying pan and heat it over high heat.
