- 水 : 100ml

Chop the thinly sliced bacon.
Take the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
Remove the seeds from the hawk's claws and chop finely. -

・Use thick pasta of 1.7mm to 1.9mm.

・If you don't have hawk's claws, you can substitute 1/2 teaspoon of chili pepper.
・If you don't like spicy food, you don't have to add the hawk's claws.
・Umami can be brought out by heating kimchi over low heat.
