Ingredients

- 絹豆腐 : 150g
- 揚げ油 : 適量
- チョコレート : 50g
- 牛乳 : 大さじ4
- グラニュー糖 : 大さじ1

                        チョコレートソースを作る

 Heat in a 600W microwave for 50 seconds.

Point
                            ・Use silken tofu without draining.
・If the dough is loose in step 2, add a small amount of pancake mix. If it becomes powdery, add silken tofu little by little.
・Use a star-shaped piping bag.
・In step 3, squeeze into a bite-sized spiral shape. Squeeze it into your favorite shape.
・For frying oil, use the amount of 1cm from the bottom of the frying pan.
