Ingredients
- pasta : 100g
- トマト缶 : 1/2缶
- ニンニク : 1片
- オリーブオイル(炒め用) : 大さじ1
- 水 : 340cc
- コンソメ : 1 and 2/3 teaspoons
- 塩 : 1つまみ
- 砂糖 : 小さじ1
- オリーブオイル(仕上げ用) : 小さじ1
- 胡椒 : 適量

Peel and grate the garlic cloves and add them to the frying pan.

Prepare the canned tomatoes

Thaw the canned tomatoes in the microwave for 2 minutes.

Add olive oil (for frying) to a frying pan with garlic and heat over low heat.
Add 2 and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Add consomme, salt and sugar and heat.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Add pasta and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Remaining 1 minute to adjust the moisture.
Complete with olive oil (for finishing) and black pepper.
Point
・The amount is for one person.
・I use 1.4mm pasta.
・I use frozen canned tomatoes.
・Simmering the canned tomatoes reduces the sourness and condenses the sweetness.
・When making two servings, use a large frying pan, double the ingredients except water, and use less water.
・If you want the pasta to be firm, use less water.
・You can add bacon or seafood mix if you like.
・If you like, you can sprinkle grated cheese.
