- spring onion (white part) : 20㎝

- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Rice vinegar : 大さじ1
- (A) Sugar : 小さじ2
- (A) grated ginger : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Sesame oil : 大さじ1
- 油 : 適量

Cut off the base of the spring onion (white part) and chop roughly.
Put in a bowl, add (A) and mix well. -

Combine rice and sauce

Put rice and about 80% of 1 in a bowl and mix.
Put the eggs in a bowl and beat them. -

Heat the oil in a frying pan and pour in the eggs.
Add the rice from step 2 before the egg hardens.
