- 押し麦 : 50g
- ごま油 : 大さじ2
- (A)めんつゆ(3~4倍濃縮) : 50㏄
- (A)水 : 大さじ4
- すし酢 : 大さじ1
- 塩 : ひとつまみ

枝豆を茹でる

鍋に水(分量外)、塩を入れ、沸騰させる。
枝豆を入れ、2分茹でる。
ザルで湯切りし、流水で洗って粗熱を取る。
豆を鞘から出す。 -

揚げ麦を作る

Add sesame oil to a frying pan and heat.
Add barley and sauté over medium-low heat.
When it becomes golden brown, turn off the heat. -

漬ける

Add (A) little by little to 2 and mix.
When the heat is removed, add sushi vinegar, then step 1, and mix each time.
Place in a storage container and soak overnight.
Finished on a plate.
Point
・Boil the edamame until firm.
・You can remove the thin edamame skin if you like.
・When adding (A) to the fried barley in step 3, the oil tends to splatter, so it is best to remove the heat before adding.
・Goes well with rice, somen noodles, chilled noodles, natto, etc.
・Can be stored in a container for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
