- キャベツ : 300g
- (A) Zero-carb cooking sake : 大さじ1
- (A) Dark soy sauce : 小さじ1
- (A) Miso : 小さじ2
- (A) Curry powder : 小さじ1
- (A) Liquid artificial sweeteners : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Japanese-style granulated soup stock : 少々

Cut the cabbage

Roughly chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the core into thin slices. -

Put the cabbage and canned boiled mackerel in a frying pan and break the mackerel into bite-sized pieces.
Add 2 on top, cover and simmer over medium heat for 4 minutes.
Remove the lid and mix well, then add the bay leaves and mix.
Cover again and simmer for 4 minutes. -
