- 鶏もも肉 : 320g~350g
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ2
- (A) Vinegar : 大さじ1
- (A) sugar : 大さじ1
- (A)ごま油 : 小さじ1
- (A)旨み調味料 : 4振り
- (B) salt and pepper : 適量
- (B)片栗粉 : 大さじ1と小さじ1
- (B)酒 : 大さじ1と小さじ1
- サラダ油 : 大さじ1と1/2

Cut the chives into small pieces and put them in a bowl.
Add (A) and mix well. -
