  • 鶏もも肉 : 320g~350g
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ2
  • (A) Vinegar : 大さじ1
  • (A) sugar : 大さじ1
  • (A)ごま油 : 小さじ1
  • (A)旨み調味料 : 4振り
  • (B) salt and pepper : 適量
  • (B)片栗粉 : 大さじ1と小さじ1
  • (B)酒 : 大さじ1と小さじ1
  • サラダ油 : 大さじ1と1/2
