- (A) Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A) Vinegar : 大さじ1
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ1
- (A) Liquor : 大さじ1/2
- ごま油 : 大さじ1

                        Cut the boiled bamboo shoots into 4-5cm lengths and thinly slice lengthwise.
