- (A) Grated garlic : 1かけ(8g)
- (A) Chicken stock powder : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Potato starch : 小さじ1
- 油(レタス用) : 適量
- 油(牛肉用) : ひと回し

Preparing the Lettuce

Tear the lettuce into large bite-sized pieces and place in a salad spinner.
Wash the lettuce with water (not included in the recipe) and drain. -

Prepare the beef

Place the beef in the bag.
Put (A) into a bag and knead. -

Place a frying pan over medium heat.
Heat oil (for the lettuce) and then add the lettuce and stir fry until cooked through.
Add salt and mix.
Turn off the heat and transfer the lettuce to a bowl.
Add beef fat to a frying pan and add oil (for beef).
Add the beef and stir fry quickly.
Add the lettuce, making sure not to let any moisture get into the lettuce.
Stir fry everything together to mix well. -

Point

・We use reduced-sodium chicken stock.
