Garlic, cut off the root, peel and crush.
Remove the stem from the mini tomatoes.
Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. -

Thaw frozen seafood under running water.
Drain well and season with salt. -

Add the garlic and olive oil to a frying pan, heat over medium heat, and when it comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low.
When the garlic is lightly colored, add sliced chili peppers and 1 and 2 and heat over medium heat.
Add enough olive oil to cover half of the ingredients.
When the fire goes through the whole, add salt and complete.

・You can make two servings with the above ingredients.
・There are no set ingredients, so you can add your favorite seafood, meat, and vegetables.
・When cutting the ingredients, cut the baguette (not included in the ingredients) into bite-sized pieces and bake until both sides are browned.
