- 片栗粉 : 大さじ1と1/2
- 塩胡椒 : 適量
- ごま油 : 小さじ2
- 小ネギ : 適量
- 白ごま : 適量
- ご飯 : 適量
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Sugar : 小さじ2
- (A) Vinegar : 小さじ2
- (A) cooking sake : 小さじ1
- (A) Chicken bone soup base : 小さじ1/2
- (A) grated garlic : 小さじ1/2

Chop the green onion.
Cut off the root of the spring onion and cut into small pieces. -

Cut the thinly sliced pork into bite-sized pieces.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and coat the meat while loosening it.
Add potato starch and sprinkle it all over. -

Put sesame oil and 2 in a frying pan, spread over medium heat and fry.
When the meat is browned, add green onions and then 3, and fry each time.

Point
・You can use whatever kind of thinly sliced pork belly and sesame oil you like.
・Grated ginger can be substituted for grated garlic.
・After dusting the potato starch in step 2, loosen the meat and sprinkle it all over.
・In step 4, spread the meat so that it does not overlap and bake.
・If a lot of oil comes out after grilling the meat, wipe it off with kitchen paper.
・You can eat with egg yolk if you like.
