Leave the core of the new onion and cut it into 6 equal pieces along the fiber.
Cut the pork belly into 2 cm wide pieces.

熱したフライパンに1を入れ炒める。
豚バラ肉の脂が出てきたら、新玉ねぎに絡めながら焼く。
約3分焼いて、新玉ねぎに焼き色がついたら裏返す。
更に2分炒め、豚バラ肉が香ばしく焼け、新玉ねぎが軟らかくなったら、余分な脂をキッチンペーパーで拭き取る。

Add (A) and simmer until lightly shiny.
Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper to finish.
