Ingredients

  • Thinly sliced pork belly : 200g
  • アスパラガス : 6本
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ1
  • (A)みりん : 大さじ1
  • (A)酒 : 大さじ1
  • (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1/2
  • 薄力粉 : 適量
  • 塩胡椒 : 適量
  • 黒胡椒 : 適量
  • サラダ油 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the ingredients 01:35

    Wash the asparagus, wipe off the moisture and cut off 1.5-2cm from the base.
    Peel the skin off the base with a peeler.
    Season the pork belly slices with salt and pepper, then spread each piece out and sprinkle with flour.

    豚バラ肉薄切り肉の薄力粉をつけた面を内側にして、5mm程度重なるようにアスパラガスに巻く。
    豚バラ薄切り肉が短い場合は、巻き終わりを重ねて2枚目を巻きアスパラガス全体を覆う。
    上から薄力粉を振るい、全体にまぶす。

  3. 3) タレを作る 04:25

    器に(A)を入れ、砂糖が溶けるまで混ぜる。

  4. 4) 焼く 04:43

    フライパンにサラダ油を引き、キッチンペーパーで全体に伸ばす。
    中火にかけ30秒温めたら、2の巻き終わりを下にして並べて弱中火で約1分30秒焼く。
    焼き色がついたら裏返して約1分30秒焼き、水大さじ1(分量外)を入れて蓋をして約4分蒸し焼きにする。
    肉に火が通ったら蓋を開け、中火にして約1分加熱する。
    水分が飛んだら3を回し入れ、タレをスプーンで掬って上からかけながら煮絡める。
    タレにとろみがついたら火から下す。

  5. 5) 盛り付ける 07:18

    Serve on a plate, sprinkle with black pepper and it's done.

Point

You can use a different cut of pork instead of pork belly.
It is recommended to use thick asparagus.
・This is a sweet and spicy recipe, but you can just add salt and pepper if you like.
- Be careful not to roll the asparagus too much as the flesh may come off.
