    舞茸を入れて炒める。
    しらすを加えて炒め合わせる。
    小ネギを加えて炒め合わせる。
    具材を端に寄せ、油(分量外)をひいて溶き卵を加えて炒める。
    卵が固まってきたら、具材と炒め合わせる。
    (A)を加えて炒め合わせる。

  3. 3) 盛り付ける 04:22

    2をお皿に盛り付けて完成。
