別の容器に(A)を入れる。
舞茸を裂く。
小ネギを適当な大きさに切る。 -

フライパンに油(分量外)をひいて、熱する。
舞茸を入れて炒める。
しらすを加えて炒め合わせる。
小ネギを加えて炒め合わせる。
具材を端に寄せ、油(分量外)をひいて溶き卵を加えて炒める。
卵が固まってきたら、具材と炒め合わせる。
(A)を加えて炒め合わせる。 -

盛り付ける

Point
・Mirin can be substituted with 1 teaspoon of sugar and a small amount of water. ・Add the small onions at the desired timing and stir-fry. In the video, the green part of the green onion is added after frying the eggs.
