- Pork loin (sliced) : 9 sheets

Put (A) in a bowl and mix.

Peel the potatoes, remove the sprouts, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Place in a heat-resistant bowl, soak in water (not listed), and remove harshness for about 5 minutes.
