  • cake flour : 50g
  • 牛乳 : 120g

    生クリームを塗る。
    4等分の手前の部分を避けて残りの3箇所にそれぞれバナナ、キウイ、いちごを乗せる。
    果物が乗っていない生地をバナナが乗っている方向に折りたたむ。
    キウイの方向に折りたたむ。
    いちごの方向に折りたたむ。
    ラップの上に乗せて包む。
    残りも同様に作る。
    冷蔵庫で30分冷やす。

  6. 6) 仕上げる 11:15

    5のラップを外す。
    半分に切って完成。

Point

・Granulated sugar can be replaced with white sugar.
・Eggs use L size, but you can also use M size.
・You can use any fruit you like.
・If you like, you can sweeten the fresh cream with honey or condensed milk.
・The time required for step 1 does not include the time spent in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
・If the frying pan gets too hot during step 2, cool it with a wet cloth.
・Chilling in the refrigerator for 30 minutes in step 5 is not included in the required time.
