Ingredients

  • noodles : 2 balls
  • green onion (for soup) : 青い部分約10㎝
  • green onion (for topping) : 適量
  • 豚バラ : 90g
  • 水 : 800ml
  • (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ2
  • (A) Liquor : 大さじ2
  • (A) Mirin : 大さじ1
  • (A) Chicken bones : 小さじ2
  • (A) Bonito soup stock : 小さじ1
  • (A) Salted kelp : 大さじ1
  • 醤油(豚バラ肉用) : 小さじ1
  • すりにんにく : 適量

Procedure

    Cut green onions (for soup) into halves.
    Cut the pork belly into appropriate sizes.
