Procedure

  1. 1) Cut the ingredients 01:57

    Cut off the roots of the spring onions and chop them into small pieces.
    Make small, shallow diagonal cuts into the three sausages.

    Add salad oil (for eggs) to a frying pan and heat for 30 seconds.
    Crack the eggs into the pot and reduce heat to medium-low.
    While the eggs are cooking, add (A) to a bowl and mix well.
    When the fried egg starts to cook, pour (A) over it.
    Swirl the pan to allow the flavors to coat the fried egg.

    Add salad oil (for the sausages) to a frying pan and heat.
    Add the sausages from step 1 and cook over medium heat for about 1 minute until browned.
    Add the salted butter and mix until combined.
    When the salted butter has half melted, add (B).
    Turn the sausages with a spatula while mixing until well combined with (B).

    Place the sausages from step 3 on top.
