- cooked rice : 2 go (300g)
- 桜えび : 大さじ2と2/3(8g)
- 長ネギ : 1本(100g)
- しらす干し : 40g
- 白炒りごま : 大さじ1
- 油 : 大さじ1と1/2
- 塩 : 少々(1.4g)
- 胡椒 : 少々
- 卵 : 2個

Chop the green onion and sakura shrimp.

Heat the oil in a pan.
Add the leek and sauté over low heat for about 3 minutes.
Add the sakura shrimp and fry over low heat for about 3 minutes.
Add dried shirasu, toasted white sesame seeds, salt and pepper and fry.
Beat the egg and add it.
Cook over low heat for 3 minutes until the eggs are set. -

Add rice and fry

Turn off the heat in Step 2, add the rice and stir-fry to complete.
Point
・By finely chopping the sakura shrimp, it becomes easier to mix with rice.
・The sakura shrimp can be pulverized in a food processor.
・You can skip the spiciness by frying the green onions.
・When children eat, add rice and finish it like mixed rice without overcooking.
